Terms of Service
These Terms apply when you visit the HIITUN website or use our related WeChat Official Account to search for coupons, compare product offers, access referral links, or contact support. The service provider is 佛山市南海区合豚互联网服务部 (“HIITUN,” “we,” or “us”). Please read these Terms before using the services. If you do not agree, stop using them.
1. Services
We provide product offer information, coupon search, price comparison, referral links, and related support. Merchants and ecommerce platforms supply and may change prices, coupons, stock, and promotion rules. Check the relevant platform’s current product page and terms before purchasing. HIITUN does not sell the products.
2. Purchases and Affiliate Commissions
You browse, order, and pay for products directly through the relevant ecommerce platform or merchant. Delivery, returns, refunds, and customer service for a product order are handled by that platform or merchant under its rules. HIITUN does not collect product payments, pay users cash rebates, or provide a user withdrawal service. As a referral service, we may receive affiliate commissions from Alibaba for eligible orders. Alibaba determines attribution, eligibility, commission amounts, and settlement under its current rules. The commission settlement cycle is the 25th of each month. Canceled, returned, refunded, ineligible, or unattributed orders may not generate a commission or may result in an adjustment.
3. Fees
Coupon search and price comparison services described on our website are currently free. Product prices, shipping, and other charges are set by the relevant platform or merchant and shown at checkout. We will clearly disclose any future fee before it applies.
4. Refunds
Our coupon search and price comparison services are free, so we do not charge a service fee that could be refunded; a refund policy does not apply to those free services. Returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through a platform or merchant are handled by that platform or merchant under its own after-sales rules. HIITUN does not collect the product purchase price.
5. Acceptable Use
You must follow applicable law and the rules of WeChat, ecommerce platforms, and other third-party services. You may not use our services to commit fraud, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with platform operations, compromise service security, or engage in other unlawful conduct. You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit may lawfully be provided and used.
6. Breach and Termination
If you breach these Terms, applicable law, or third-party service rules, including by fraud, infringement, or interference with platform operations, we may warn you, ask you to stop or correct the conduct, restrict or suspend relevant features, or stop providing the affected service. We may terminate the service for serious violations or if you do not correct a violation after notice, subject to applicable law.
You are responsible for losses caused by your breach to the extent required by law. We may take legally required steps and cooperate with competent authorities where appropriate. These measures do not affect rights that cannot be limited by law.
7. Third-Party Services and Privacy
Our services may link to or rely on WeChat, ecommerce platforms, and affiliate partners. Those services are operated by their respective providers and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. For information about how HIITUN processes personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Service Changes and Liability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain our services, but offer information and third-party integrations may change or become temporarily unavailable. We are responsible as required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
