This policy explains how 佛山市南海区合豚互联网服务部 (“HIITUN,” “we,” or “us”) processes personal information through the HIITUN website and related WeChat Official Account services.
1. Information We Process and Why
- Phone number and order information: When you use our WeChat Official Account, we process the phone number and order information you submit to provide coupon search and comparison services, match and verify referred orders, reconcile affiliate commissions payable to us under Alibaba platform rules, and respond to support requests.
- Website request information: Our website is hosted by Vercel. Hosting and security require processing network requests and server logs, which may include IP address, request time, requested page, and browser information.
- Optional analytics: We use Baidu Analytics to understand website use. It may use cookies or similar technologies. We load it only after you choose to allow analytics. You can change your choice using “Cookie Settings” on our home page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, optional analytics is off by default.
Please do not send passwords or other sensitive information that is unrelated to the services.
2. Transactions and Service Providers
You place and pay for product orders directly with Alibaba platforms or the relevant merchants. HIITUN does not collect product payments. We act as a referral service and may receive affiliate commissions from Alibaba under its rules; the commission settlement cycle is the 25th of each month. Alibaba or an affiliate partner may process order or referral identifiers under its own rules to verify referrals and settle commissions. WeChat, analytics, and hosting services are operated by their respective providers. Review the providers’ notices: Tencent/WeChat policies, Taobao Affiliate privacy policy, Baidu Analytics privacy information, and Vercel’s privacy notice. We provide information to third parties only as needed to provide the service you request, with your authorization, or as required by law.
3. Retention and Security
We retain phone and order information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, reconcile and settle affiliate commissions, address support requests or disputes, and meet legal obligations. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. We use security measures appropriate to the information and the risks involved.
4. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Privacy laws differ by state and may apply only when statutory requirements are met. Where an applicable state law gives you these rights, you may request access to or a copy of personal information, correction, deletion, or a portable copy; opt out of targeted advertising, a sale or sharing of personal information, or certain profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; or appeal a denied request. California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA when that law applies to HIITUN and the relevant processing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right where prohibited by law. 5. Children
Our services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 6. International Processing
Our operator is located in China. If you access our services from the United States or another region, your information may be processed in China and in locations where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live. We handle information as required by applicable law.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. If a change may materially affect your privacy rights, we will provide a prominent notice through the website or related services. The updated policy applies from the date shown on this page.
